Prayer Services.

The SFU MSA provides prayer and religious services on all three Campuses (Surrey, Burnaby, Vancouver). Check out all the details below.

3 Campuses. All campuses provide the necessary space for all Muslims to practice their religion freely while attending university. See the locations below and details.

Surrey

  • 1) SRYC 3002 (Central City)

    2) SRYE 3004 (Engineering building)

  • Location - SYRE 1005

    Time - 1:30PM

    Friday prayers will be held at 1:30 PM in the SYRE 1005 (The new SFU Surrey Building). Please try to arrive 10 minutes early to help with setup!

Burnaby

  • 1) AQ 3200 (on the east concourse of the AQ between Renaissance Coffee and the Mackenzie cafeteria)

    2) SUB 2402 (2nd floor)

    3) Residence Prayer Room

  • Location - Education Gym

    Time - 1:30PM

    Friday prayers will be held at 1:30 PM in the Education Gym (go down the hallway beside Booster Juice and down the staircase on the left hand side). Please try to arrive 20 minutes early to help with setup!

Vancouver

  • 1) Room 7314 (Harbor Center)

  • Location - Education Gym

    Time - 1:30PM

    Currently there is no Jumu'ah Salah being held at the downtown campus.

  • Chaplain Services
